The new mobile app for accessing the main features of the NFON Contact Center Hub omnichannel solution is now available. You can provide service to your customers or manage your contact centre from anywhere using an environment native to your mobile phone.
- Dashboard The mobile app displays some of the most important Dashboard elements just like you know them from CCHub solution.
- Activities Dialling a phone number, a contact from the CRM or a ticket or sending an email are just a click away. Activities are handled via the CCHub system so everything works like you are used to, including call recording, outgoing call identification as your PBX and complete statistics and reporting.
- CRM always at hand All the contacts and accounts stored in your CRM are available in the app, including a search bar.
- Set your state Need to start or end a pause or to log in to a queue or a device? The mobile app synchronises your state in real time and lets you change it too.
- Ticket module You can work the tickets available in your CCHub system, including sending email replies or starting calls and other activities in the ticket. The app can do much more. You can find other functionalities in the extended menu.
The NFON Contact Center Hub application is included at no additional cost with your NFON license.
